As a fully licensed and accredited medical equipment dealer we require a proper prescription prior to shipping machines. If we receive an order and do not get a prescription within the next 14 days, your money will be refunded and your order will be cancelled. A prescription needs the purchasers first and last name, date of birth, the word CPAP, AutoCPAP and/or sleep apnea, the device's pressure settings, a clinician's signature, and date of clinician's signature. Prescriptions can be sent to us directly via fax at 855-773-0444.
Warranty information: Our machines are under warranty for six months after purchase. The warranty covers mechanical failure of the products purchased through us replacing the failed equipment with the same model product. If your product is not available we will refund your purchase price.
